The UNLV softball team will host three exhibition tournaments at Eller Media Stadium this fall, featuring nine of the top college and club teams in the West, head coach Shan McDonald announced Monday.
The Rebel Fall Classic I will begin Saturday and will feature the Long Beach Fire, Loyola Marymount, Utah and UNLV in eight games over two days.
One weekend later, UNLV hosts Dixie College and Masters College in the Rebel Fall Classic II, a four-game, one-day event slated for Sept. 27.
UNLV's final action of the fall is slated for Oct. 11 in the Rebel Fall Classic III. Three California club teams -- Team Smith, Twin Oaks and the Fresno Thunder -- make up the field.
