Donald Chester Booth
Donald Chester Booth, 59, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. He was born July 27, 1943, in Bisbee, Ariz. A resident for 10 years, he was a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran, a member of the Las Vegas Corvette Club and was awarded Helicopter Rescue Award and received the Winged "S" Rescue award.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; one daughter, Julia D. Montgomery of Pittsburgh; three sons, Jason D. Booth of Henderson and Donald Wade Booth and Keith M. Booth, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Diana Furman of Salem, Ore.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. services Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Courtney Mae Bovee
Courtney Mae Bovee, 15, of Las Vegas died Monday in Colorado. She was born Aug. 14, 1987, in Torrance, Calif. A resident for 14 years, she was a student.
She is survived by her mother, Suzzy Bovee, and her grandparents, Janice and Paul Westbrook, all of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., followed by burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to Shriners Hospital for Children, Fairfax Road at Virginia St., Salt Lake City, UT 84103.
Juanita Jerkins
Juanita Jerkins, 70, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 2, 1931, in Louisiana. A resident for 46 years, she was a retired food service supervisor with the Clark County School District.
She is survived by her husband, Charlie; one daughter, Ivel Jerkins, and six sons, Michael Jerkins, Gregory Jerkins, Timothy Jerkins, Jerome Jerkins, Patrick Jerkins and Jeffrey Jerkins, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 6-9 p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the LDS Fourth Ward, 4500 W. Bonanza Road, followed by burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Paul Lichtman
Paul Lichtman, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born June 10, 1930, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired automobile salesman.
He is survived by his wife, Mickie; one son, Steven Lichtman of Queens, N.Y.; two daughters, Laura Lichtman and Ronda Lichtman, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Rhoda Lichtman of Brooklyn; three brothers, Marvin Lichtman of Boyton Beach, Fla., Melvin Lichtman of Brooklyn and Albert Lichtman of California; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled noon Wednesday in King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 Eldorado Lane.
Michael Anthony Parrino
Michael Anthony Parrino, 53, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. Born Feb. 15, 1949, in San Francisco, he was a resident for many years.
He is survived by one daughter, Chrystal Parrino of Oakland, Calif.; his mother, Alice Schumann of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
Service are private. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
