StumbleLetter: Better patrolling of freeways urged

Barriers on our highways could save a few lives, but a few speeding tickets would save more. I would guess that most highway deaths are caused by speeding or alcohol. An investment in police radar could save many lives and probably help lower our insurance costs also.
