Supplier reports decline

PDS Gaming Corp. of Las Vegas reported third quarter operating income of $24,000, or 1 cent per share. That compares to net income of $650,000, or 16 cents per share, for the third quarter of 2001.

Revenues from continuing operations were $7.3 million, compared with $11.5 million a year ago.

The decrease in revenues is primarily due to a decline in equipment sales, sales leases and fee income, the company said.

At the end of the first quarter, the company discontinued its table games division and certain other components.
