UNLV golf standout Ryan Moore was one of 24 collegiate players selected to play in the 28th Annual Western Refining College All-America Golf Classic in El Paso, Texas, the Sun Bowl Association announced Thursday.
The All-America Golf Classic, slated for Nov. 25-26 at the El Paso Country Club, has been hosted by the Sun Bowl Association since 1974.
Invitations were extended to the top 24 players that earned All-America status last season.
On the rain-soaked Capitol Hill's Senator Course on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, Jason Gore bogeyed the 18th hole to cap a 67 and was tied with Mike Heinen and Eric Meeks.
