StumbleInsurer’s stock plunges

PHILADELPHIA -- Cigna Corp. shares tumbled as much as 45 percent this morning, their biggest drop in at least two decades, after the third-biggest U.S. health insurer said higher claims and costs will hurt this year's earnings.
