StumbleMills to return to 51s

Brad Mills, who managed the Las Vegas 51s into this year's Pacific Coast League playoffs, will return for the 2003 season, the club has announced. Mills guided the 51s to an 85-59 record, setting a franchise record for victories. Las Vegas was eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by Edmonton. Mills' new contract has a clause that would enable him to take a major league job.
