Director sells 100,000 shares

Alliance Gaming Corp. director Morton L. Topfer sold 100,000 shares of the company's common stock Tuesday, according to a Form 4 filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Topfer, who is also a director of Dell Computer Corp., sold the shares for prices from $17.50 to $18 a share. After the transactions, he directly owned 408,432 common shares.
Las Vegas-based Alliance Gaming and its Bally unit operate and make slot machines, video gaming and amusement machines and related computer systems.
