Harrah's Entertainment Inc. of Las Vegas has entered into an agreement to sell Harveys Wagon Wheel Hotel & Casino in Central City, Colo., to Centaur Colorado LLC, a subsidiary of Centaur Inc. of Indianapolis.
The sale price wasn't disclosed, and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
Harrah's acquired Wagon Wheel in July 2001 when it bought the Harveys Casino Resorts chain. It is 40 miles west of Denver and has 118 hotel rooms, more than 1,000 slot machines and 15 table games.
