The Las Vegas Country Club's 32nd Men's Member/Guest Mexican-themed tournament was contested last week, and what a beauty it was -- a large, competitive field, ideal weather and a pristine course.
Rene Blanchard and guest David Lind were crowned overall champions with a score of 277. Ron Hansen/Jeff John won low gross with 291 followed by Jim Hagen and David Gubler with 305.

Acapulco flight: Hansen/John; Gil Cohen/Howard Lester, 284.5; Jim Wade/Percy Higachi, 286.
Cabo flight: Glen Hurst/C.E. Ricketts, 279; Marcus Erling/John Barber, 284; Russ Schroeder/David Foggia, 285.5.

There is a $300 per team ($150 per person) entry fee which includes greens fees, cart, prizes and an awards social hour. Prizes will be awarded to gross and net teams.
Entries are open to women with verifiable USGA handicaps and there is a 10-stroke maximum difference between partner's handicaps. Teams will be flighted according to combined handicaps and the field limited to the first 66 team entries.
