Rebels roll to win over UC Riverside

Behind two goals by Alex Hernandez and one from Kelly Frederick , the UNLV men's soccer team collected its second shutout of the season in a 3-0 blowout of UC Riverside on Sunday afternoon at Peter Johann Memorial Field.

Hernandez currently leads the team in scoring with 17 points on six goals and five assists, while Frederick follows in second with nine points on three goals and three assists. Overall, UNLV outshot UC Riverside, 13-5, in the match.

The Rebels (7-4) return to action on Sunday with a nonconference game against Saint Mary's College at 3 p.m. in Moraga, Calif.
