Share sales disclosed

Alliance Gaming Corp. director Morton L. Topfer sold 50,000 shares of the company's common stock Friday, according to a Form 4 released Wednesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Topfer sold the shares for $15.51 a share. After the transaction, he directly owned 508,432 common shares.
Las Vegas-based Alliance Gaming operates and makes slot machines, video gaming and amusement machines and related computer systems.
In a related Form 4 filing, Alliance Gaming Senior Vice President Mark Lerner reported the sale of 15,424 shares Monday.
Lerner sold the shares for $14.94 to $15.31 a share. After the transactions, he directly owned 20,476 common shares.
