Nevada ethics panel clears Assembly candidate

LAS VEGAS - The Nevada Ethics Commission has ruled against a state Assembly candidate who alleged her campaign opponent libeled her. But commissioners are seeking clarification of the state law that mandates their hearing of such cases.
