StumbleTwo Las Vegas offices sold

Stratus Services Group Inc. of Manalapan, N.J., acquired two Las Vegas-area offices of Downey, Calif.-based staffing company Elite Personnel Services Inc. in a move to grow its West Coast operations.
Terms of the deal, which includes the acquisition of four other Elite offices in California, were not disclosed. All six Elite offices, valued at about $30 million, are to be renamed Stratus Services when the deal closes on Dec. 2.
