Mary Antonellis
Mary Antonellis, 83, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born June 10, 1919, in Bar Harbor, Maine. A resident for 26 years, she was a retired high school teacher and a volunteer at Channel 10.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Vionca Batiste
Vionca Batiste, 37, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born May 5, 1965, in Los Angeles. A resident for 11 years, she was a customer service representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
She is survived by her husband, Geoffrey Greene; two daughters, Amber Greene and Tiona Gomez, two sons, Christopher Greene and Jeffrey Greene, her father, Cleveland Batiste, and one brother, Loren Kelley, all of Las Vegas; seven sisters, Bernice Kelley and Gurvaize Robinson, both of San Diego, Raponza Kelley, Jalna Kelley and Rhonda Cotwright, all of Las Vegas, and Sharon Kelley and Deadria Kelley, both of Los Angeles.
A memorial service will be noon Wednesday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St.
Richard A. Bernhagen
Richard A. Bernhagen, 55, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 10, 1947, in Beaver Dam, Wis. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired vice president and general manager of American Performance Cycle.
He is survived by his wife, Celeste J.; one daughter, Susan Ruggles of Wauwatosa, Wis.; his mother, Margaret Bernhagen of Campbellsport, Wis.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5 p.m. until a 7 p.m. service today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Robert J. Birch
Robert J. Birch, 57, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A card dealer for the Las Vegas Club and a Navy veteran, he was born in Canton, Ohio.
He is survived by one daughter, Holly C. Breckbill of Canton; two sons, Robert J. Birch Jr. of South Euclid, Ohio, and John W. Birch of Canton; and one sister, Carol A. Birch of Columbus, Ohio.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Ohio. Wackerly Funeral Home, Canton, is handling arrangements.
Daniel Edwin Blake
Daniel Edwin Blake, 68, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born June 4, 1934, in Butte, Mont. A resident for 40 years, he was a manager at Central Telephone Co. and a Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marie of Las Vegas; one daughter, Debra Henderson Giannoit of San Clemente, Calif.; two sisters, Dorothy Dunlap and Thelma Linihan, both of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Harry Brown
Harry Brown, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 1, 1927, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired furrier, owner-operator of furniture companies and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; three daughters, Shana Brown of Las Vegas, Linda Wernick of New York City and Shelly Bear of New Orleans; two sons, Michael Brown of San Diego and Robert Brown of Las Vegas; his mother, Bessie Brown of Miami; one sister, Irene Turkewitz of New York; and three grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Tommy Carroll Crawford
Tommy Carroll Crawford, 64, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 22, 1938, in Odessa, Texas. A resident for 40 years, he retired as a Metro Police officer after 30 years, was a Marine Corps veteran, a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and a graduate of the FBI Academy.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry; four daughters, Lisa Crawford, Michelle Scott, Kristy Crawford and Stacy Short, and one son, Scott Whitney, all of Las Vegas; his parents, Naomi and Bill Moore of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers, Leon Moore of Mansfield, Texas, and Michael Moore of Fort Worth; and 13 grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Franklin H. Delzer
Franklin H. Delzer, 87, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born March 20, 1915, in Arlington, Minn. A resident for 52 years, he was a retired residential carpenter, a World War II Merchant Marine veteran, a member of the Moose, American Merchant Marine veterans and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, High Rollers Chapter.
He is survived by one son, Keith R. Delzer of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 9:20 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Shirley M. Gaines, 71, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 7, 1931, in California. A resident for 37 years, she was a computer programmer for the Department of Energy.
She is survived by two sons, Dale Gaines and Paul Gaines, both of Las Vegas; her mother, Ruby Fulton of Morro Bay, Calif.; one sister, Betty Cook of San Luis Obispo, Calif.; one brother, Calvin Fulton of Canyon Country, Calif.; and five grandchildren.

Maria D. Huertas
Maria D. Huertas, 94, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 31, 1908, in Argentina. A resident for 21 years, she was a maintenance and housekeeping supervisor.
She is survived by three daughters, Josefa, Carmen and Magdalena; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Bettie Lynn James
Bettie Lynn James, 35, of Las Vegas died Nov. 8 in a local hospital. A phlebotomist, she was born Dec. 31, 1966.
She is survived by one son, Mark; two daughters, Marissa and Mikayla; her father, Tommy Ray Starr, her mother, Glady Marquardt; and two sisters, Wendy Smith and Kelly Kornfeld.

Laurel Ann Johnson
Laurel Ann Johnson, 49, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 13, 1953, in Long Beach, Calif. A resident for three years, she was a paralegal and a legal secretary.
She is survived by two sons, Eric Engels of Carson City and Scott McRae of Las Vegas; her father, William Clarence Johnson of Springville, Utah; two brothers, Jay W. Johnson of LaCanada, Calif., and Randy Johnson of LaCrescenta, Calif.; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 9-11 a.m. Wednesday with a 10 a.m. service in Hillpointe LDS Chapel. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Ernie Alfred Kohli, 67, of Pahrump died Friday in Pahrump. He was born Feb. 4, 1936, in Texas. A resident for six years, he was a retired government mechanic, a Marine Corps veteran and an Army veteran/Recon who served two tours in Vietnam.
He is survived by two daughters, Margaret Yates and Gail Balthazar, both of Pahrump; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in Pahrump Family Mortuary, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Road.
Beverly J. (Johnson) Laskey
Beverly J. (Johnson) Laskey, 59, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 20, 1932, in Duluth, Minn. A resident for 30 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Robert M.; two daughters, Teresa Mills and Mary Lee Huntsman, and one son, William A. Laskey, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Freeman Johnson of Troy, Mont., and William Johnson of Tustin, Calif.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled two hours prior to a 10 a.m. service Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Ben McClatchey, 69, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 1, 1933, in Tacoma, Wash. A resident for 22 years, he was a retired Air Force tech sergeant.
He is survived by two sons, Steve McClatchey and Glen McClatchey, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Philip McClatchey of Washington state; two sisters, Rose Gibson of Washington state and Arlene of Alaska; and three grandchildren.

Eugene McDonnell, 74, of Pahrump died Friday in Pahrump. He was born Feb. 5, 1928, in Philadelphia. A resident for eight years, he was a retired marine engineer and a World War II Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, John of Philadelphia and Dennis of Madison, Wis.; and three sisters, Mary Bloemiler of Chicago and Joan Donovan and Patricia McDonnell, both of Philadelphia.
Visitation and a memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Pahrump Family Mortuary, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Road.

Dan N. "Major Dan" McManigal Sr., 57, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a Kansas medical center.

John L. Moore, 52, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 27, 1950, in Portage, Wis. A resident for 11 years, he was a manager with Chanen Construction.
He is survived by his wife, Judy A.; one son, Joseph D. Palumbo of Fort Myers, Fla.; two daughters, Lauren J. Moore of Omaha, Neb., and Barbara E. Moore of Las Vegas; his parents, Robert C. and Joan L. Moore of Portage, Wis.; and three brothers, Thomas M. Moore of Portage, Stephen A. Moore of Sheboygan, Wis., and Robert M. Moore.

Ada L. Reed, 51, of Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born June 10, 1921, in Turton, S.D. A resident for 27 years, she was a homemaker and a World War II WAC veteran who served as president of Born 77 WACs.
She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Reily of Las Vegas; and one sister, Helen Viles of Yuma, Ariz.

George Robert 'Bob' Scott
George Robert "Bob" Scott, 88, of Las Vegas, Colorado and Arizona died Saturday in a local hospice. A farmer, school bus driver, surveyor, plumber, carpenter and restaurateur, he was born April 14, 1914, in LaCygne, Kan.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Kathleen Elaine of Lindon, Colo.; one daughter, Barbara Scott of Las Vegas; two sons, George Richard Scott of Reno and Gary Randall Scott of Yuma, Ariz.; five grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; two daughters, Becki Coleman of Henderson and Theresa Hope of Las Vegas; six sons, Donnie Stanton, Berry Stanton, Russell Stanton, W.D. Shouse, Robert Shouse and Mike Shouse, all of Las Vegas; and 15 grandchildren.

Yiwen Y. Tang, 80, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born July 24, 1922, in Beijing, China. A resident for three years, he was a retired physician.
He is survived by one daughter, Kochy Y. Tang of Las Vegas; three sons, Richard Y. Tang of Healdsburg, Calif., David H. Tang of Rancho Mirage, Calif., and James W. Tang of Maui, Hawaii; one brother, Lucien Tang of Beijing; and five grandchildren.

Gerald W. Vounas
Gerald W. Vounas, 53, of Las Vegas died Nov. 12 in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 18, 1949, in Camden, N.J. A resident for 25 years, he was a truck driver for the city, a Vietnam War Army veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalind V.; one son, Gerald W. Vounas Jr., three daughters, Jeralyn S. Vounas, Precious S. Vounas and Marcie Vounas, and one brother, John M. Vounas, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Karen Vounas and Ileen Quintion, both of New Jersey; and nine grandchildren.
