Letter: Most people want children playing outside

Most people I know would prefer the sight of children playing outside. And for those who don't ... perhaps they should move to a master-planned community for those 55 years and older. According to our city officials, they say residents can't expect the officials to ticket or tow all those illegally parked (stored) vehicles. They say that there are so many that, if they did, they would have to spend a whole day doing only that and they wouldn't have time for anything else. I guess like ticketing kids who are playing in the street!
