A man found shot to death near Rainbow Boulevard and Flamingo Road Sunday has been identified by the Clark County coroner as a 23-year-old North Las Vegas man.
Don Derrell Phillips was found shot to death about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, and Metro Police continue to investigate the homicide.
A witness reported seeing a red Chevrolet Surburban leaving the area after the shooting, police said.
