PINE RIDGE, S.D. -- The Oglala Sioux Tribe is building a new casino and hotel on the western edge of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
Later additions to the Prairie Wind Casino will include restaurants, a convention center, bowling alley and movie theater.
The first phase is expected to be completed next September.
