Plays staged

Las Vegas Little Theatre, 3844 Schiff Drive, presents the musical comedy "Growing Up Naked," at 8 p.m. today and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $13; $11 for seniors and students. Call 362-7996.

The Rainbow Company Youth Theatre presents the musical "The Boyfriend," at 7 p.m. today, Saturday and Thursday and 2 p.m. Sunday at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Chautauqua, play

The Nevada State Museum and Historical Society, 700 Twin Lakes Drive, presents at 1 p.m. Saturday area teacher Janet Bremer in a chautauqua portrayal of "Mary Louise Mackay, From Rags to Riches," followed at 3 p.m. by the Rainbow Company Youth Theatre presentation of the musical play "Characters of the Comstock." Battle of the Bands

The WorldFolk Foundation presents its fourth annual Battle of the Bands, a competition featuring 150 bands at 12 venues for 31 nights, today through July 6 at various locations. Call 227-5017.
