Don Dayton Belden

Don Dayton Belden, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born April 15, 1927, in Chicago. A resident for 10 years, he was an Army and Air Force veteran for 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, Milagros; three sons, Don Dayton Belden Jr. of Las Vegas and Michael Belden and Steve Belden, both of Sacramento; three daughters, Liza Maria Belden of New York City and Linda Belden and Carol Belden, both of Sacramento; one sister, Mary Meyer of Scottsdale, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Valley Memorial Crematory, 4855 W. Desert Inn Road, is handling arrangements.

Delores Mae Boyd

Delores Mae Boyd, 76, of Las Vegas died May 15 in Las Vegas. She was born June 10, 1925, in Iowa. A resident for three years, she was a waitress.

She is survived by one son, Joseph Reck, and one daughter, Barbara Reck; and six grandchildren.

Henry Bradley

Henry Bradley, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 17, 1917, in Detroit. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired Army warrant officer and a World War II and Korean War veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Snelling of North Las Vegas and Linda Fini of Irvine, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Leroy I. Burkes

Leroy I. Burkes, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 25, 1927, in Newellton, La. A resident for 40 years, he was a hotel porter.

He is survived by two sons, LeRoy Burkes Jr. and Clark Burkes, and two daughters, Margie Ann Burkes and Shirley Burkes, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, James Johnson and Dennis Johnson, and one sister, Sophornia Johnson, all of Newellton; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, follwed by burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Irma Sanders Byias

Irma Sanders Byias, 48, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 14, 1953, in Parker, Ariz. A resident for 44 years, she was an automotive detailer.

She is survived by one daughter, Emily Byias, her parents, Melvin and Emma Sanders, two sisters, Zenobia Sanders and Kathleen Harris, and three brothers, Robert Sanders, Melvin Sanders Jr. and James Sanders Sr., all of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be noon Saturday in Portals to Glory Church of God in Christ, 2301 Comstock Drive.

Audrey L. Bruns Edgar

Audrey L. Bruns Edgar, 67, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. She was born May 23, 1935, in New York. A resident for 13 years, she was a retired admitting clerk.

She is survived by two sons, John W. Bruns and Robert S. Bruns; one daughter, Barbara Kristivsson; one brother, William Loughlin; two sisters, Beverly Orlando and Joyce Anatra; and seven grandchildren.

Robert Glasco

Robert Glasco, 71, of Las Vegas died May 22. A maintenance supervisor, an Army veteran and a member of the Elks, he was born March 8, 1931, in Alabama.

He is survived by two sons, Robert Earl Glasco and Anthony Broadnax; six daughters, Levonia Glasco, Theresa Davis, Carolyn Liggins, Paula Franklin, Ladeana Glasco and Starsha Glasco; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in New Bethel Baptist Church, 400 W. Adams Ave., followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Harrison-Ross Mortuaries, 2071 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.

Joyce J. Grayson

Joyce J. Grayson, 69, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 18, 1932, in Forrest, Miss. A resident for 53 years, she was a retired clothing saleswoman.

She is survived by four daughters, Patricia, Valerie and Julia, all of Las Vegas, and Cynthia of Detroit; three sons, Thomas of Las Vegas, Roy of Rialto, Calif., and Jerry of San Diego; two sisters, Carrie and Bennye Mae, and one brother, Carl, all of Las Vegas; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Pentecostal Temple, Church of God in Christ, 1117 F St. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. Friday in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Calvin Green

Calvin Green, 46, of Las Vegas died Aug. 8, 1955, in Louisiana. A resident for 20 years, he was a computer tech and a veteran.

He is survived by one son, Rhondie Morris of Louisiana; one brother, Louis Sansberry of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Ruby Lee Calloway of New York and Brenda Green of Michigan.

Visitation is scheduled 2-4 p.m. Sunday and Monday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Services will be noon Tuesday in Hites Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Andrew Imperati

Andrew Imperati, 61, of Las Vegas died May 18 in Las Vegas. He was born July 23, 1940, in New York. A resident for 40 years, he was a gambler and an Army and Air Force veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Andrew Imperati and Julio Imperati.

Brooke Jones

Brooke Jones, 8, of Las Vegas died Monday. A resident for seven years, she was born Feb. 22, 1994, in Oregon.

She is survived by her parents, Trevor and Michelle Jones, one brother, Kyle Jones, and one sister, Skye Jones, all of Henderson.

Services will be 5 p.m. today in the LDS chapel at 2701 E. Pebble Road, Henderson. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Ema Kestenbaum

Ema Kestenbaum, 83, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born April 20, 1919, in New York City. A resident for one year, she was a retired hairdresser and a member of B'nai B'rith and Overseas Rehabilitation Training.

She is survived by her husband, Irving; one daughter, Nancy Sloane of Henderson; one son, David Kestenbaum of Westlake Village, Calif.; two sisters, Ruth Savell of Boca Raton, Fla., and Estelle Feinstein of Delray Beach, Fla.; and five grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.

Grover R. Larsen

Grover R. Larsen, 83, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born Feb. 8, 1919, in Livingston, Mont. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired Clark County School District transportation supervisor, a World War II Army veteran, a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Elks.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia; two sons, Dennis Larsen and Frank Larsen, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Clifford Larsen of Garden Grove, Calif., and David Sheppard of Los Alamitos, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled noon until 2 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Dora Juliet Lindell

Dora Juliet Lindell, 80, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born May 14, 1922, in Wisconsin. A resident for many years, she was a retail grocery store clerk.

She is survived by one son, Thomas Lindell of Las Vegas.

Graveside services will be in Wisconsin. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Claude H. Martin

Claude H. Martin, 72, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 14, 1929, in Crane, Texas. A resident for 31 years, he was a retired retail sales manager for a lumber company, an Army veteran, a former member of the Lions of Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Executives Association and a life member of the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife, Brook A.; two daughters, Christina Tomasevich of Mission Hills, Calif.; two sons, Ross Martin of Salt Lake City and Steve Martin of Texas; and 10 grandchildren.

Elpeet Lee Morris, 65, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born April 30, 1937, in Portland, Ark. A resident for 58 years, he was a hotel porter.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha Lee; three sons, James Zellis, Jonny Zellis and James Banks, all of Las Vegas; three brothers, William Morris of Las Vegas, M.C. Morris of Milwaukee and Freddie Morris of Detroit; two sisters, Betty J. Wilson of Dermott, Ark., and Annie M. Williams of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Church of the Lord Jesus, 1260 W. Bartlett Ave. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Salvatore A. Onofrietti

Salvatore A. Onofrietti, 54, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 24, 1947, in Yonkers, N.Y. A resident for 20 years, he was a cabdriver.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen; three daughters, Elizabeth Venuti, Barbara Santarpia and Noreen Commisso, all of Las Vegas; two sons, Vincent Onofrietti of Las Vegas and Salvatore Onofrietti II of the Bronx, N.Y.; three brothers, Frank Onofrietti of Las Vegas, Bobby Onofrietti of Carol Springs, Fla., and Vincent Onofrietti; three sisters, Rosemarie St. Clair of Clarksville, Tenn., Camille Fornutto of the Bronx, and Marylou Marino of New York; and 10 grandchildren.

Delmer W. Pearce

Delmer W. Pearce, 86, of Las Vegas died May 17 in Las Vegas. He was born May 24, 1915, in Utah. A resident for two months, he was a painter, a Navy veteran and a member of the Elks.

He is survived by one son, Forrest Pearce; two daughters, Karen Ann Morales and Janice Pearce; and two grandchildren.

Robert Morey Pierson

Robert Morey Pierson, 71, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in North Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 30, 1930, in Detroit. A resident for 30 years, he was a professional musician and music assistant at the Community College of Southern Nevada, a Korean War Marine Corps veteran and a member of Musicians Local 369.

He is survived by one son, Robert F. Pierson of Las Vegas; two daughters, Patricia A. Pierson of Las Vegas and Nancy L. Pierson-Testa of Copley, Ohio; one sister, Ranee Kirchner of Pleasant Hill, Ore.; and one granddaughter.

Bryan Pitchford

Bryan Pitchford, 41, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 30, 1960, in Los Angeles. A resident for one month, he was a photographer and photography business owner.

He is survived by his mother, Estelle Pitchford of Los Angeles; and five brothers, Tyrone Pitchford and Johnny Lange, both of Salt Lake City, Kenneth Pitchford and Steve Pitchford, both of Los Angeles, and Robbie Pitchford of Atlanta.

Charles West Rennie

Charles West Rennie, 79, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 10, 1923, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 45 years, he was a retired coffee service technician, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the Las Vegas Railway Society.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, Charles and Ed; two daughters, Charlotte Vernon and Pauline Rennie; one brother, Ed Rennie; one sister, Betty Crane; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Eugene Robl

Eugene Robl, 77, of Las Vegas died March 11 in Las Vegas. He was born June 1, 1924, in Ellinwood, Kan. A resident for nine months, he was a retired priest.

He is survived by one sister, Magdalen M. Robl of Las Vegas.

Efren N. Salazar

Efren N. Salazar, 45, of North Las Vegas died Monday in North Las Vegas. He was born June 18, 1956, in Mexico. A resident for four years, he was a cook.

He is survived by his wife, Maritza Menjivar; one son, Efren Sebastian of Las Vegas; three daughters, Dania Navarro of Las Vegas and Maria V. Navarro and Mayte Navarro, both of California; five brothers, Alfredo Navarro and Fermin Navarro, both of Las Vegas, Armando Navarro and Jose Luis Navarro, both of Las Vegas and Cruz Navarro of New York; four sisters, Erika Navarro and Rosa Navarro, both of California and Lucia Navarro and Zoyla Navarro, both of Mexico; and two grandchildren.

Sophie Seligman

Sophie Seligman, 88, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 21, 1913, in New York City. A resident for five years, she was a file clerk, a member of the Jewish War Veterans of America 118 and Eagles.

She is survived by one daughter, Karen Seligman, and one son, Marvin Seligman, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Saul Schiffman of Fairlawn, N.J.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in California. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Nancy Margaret Smith

Nancy Margaret Smith, 54, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 7, 1947, in Hot Springs, Ark. A resident for 49 years, she was a hotel cocktail waitress.

She is survived by one son, John Lynn Smith, and her mother, Elwanda Hoopes, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Donna Weaver of Larkspur, Calif., and Janette Asche of Las Vegas; one brother, John Hoopes of Henderson; and one grandchild.

Tim Timineri, 53, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 2, 1948, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for 20 years, he was a taxicab driver and an Army veteran.

He is survived by one son, Timothy Timineri of Las Vegas; one daughter, Gina Buehler of Enterprise, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.

Robert W. Wilson, 52, of Las Vegas died May 13. He was born July 18, 1949, in Santa Monica, Calif. A resident for three years, he was an electrician and a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his mother, Alyce Wilson, and one sister, Susan Gaynor, both of Granada Hills, Calif.; and three brothers, Lawrence Wilson of Salt Lake City and James Wilson and Thomas Wilson, both of Reno.
