A huge thanks to John Wilhelm (chief union negotiator), the individual property committees and the resort executives for the foresight to protect the Culinary Union members that work in this great town of Las Vegas!
Many years and, in some cases, entire careers have been worked in our local hotels (I'm a 16-year Culinary member). Our good fortune will continue as both management and hourly employees work together. Greed has no place today or in five more years when these contracts run out.
We can all get to our futures "healthy" and prosperous!
