Plays staged
Las Vegas Little Theatre, 3844 Schiff Drive, presents the musical comedy "Growing Up Naked," at 8 p.m. today and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Performances continue Thursday through June 2. Tickets are $13; $11 for seniors and students.
Also at the theater, "The Insomniac Project -- Midnight Snacks," will be staged at midnight today, 1 a.m. Saturday and 7 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $5. Call 362-7996.
Theatre in the Valley presents the play "Painting Churches," at 8 p.m. today and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Valley View Recreation Center, 500 Harris St. in Henderson. Tickets are $12; $10 for students and seniors; $6 for children. Call 558-7275.
Las Vegas Black Gospel Theater Inc. presents "This Ain't No Entertainment," a dinner-theater production about a grandmother and her three troubled grandchildren, at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Palace Station. Tickets are $35. Call 362-4584.

Tap dancing

'Babes' presented

"String Festival"
The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District and the Guitar Society of Southern Nevada presents "Summerlin String Festival," featuring guitarist Ricardo Cobo and De Ann Letourneau, at 2 p.m. Saturday at Summerlin Library, 1771 Inner Circle Drive. Admission is free. Call 734-READ.
All that jazz
The 15th annual "Jazz Under the Stars" concert, featuring saxman Richard Elliot and trumpeter Chris Botti, will be at 8 p.m. today at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. Tickets are $39.50; children ages 12 and younger admitted free. Call 228-3780.
The Seven Hills community in Henderson sponsors a concert, featuring Walt Blanton's Jazz Band, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at Sonata Park, 1550 Seven Hills Drive in Henderson. Admission is free. Call 897-7000.
The Charlie Hunter Quartet performs as part of the 13th annual "Jazz in the Park" series, sponsored by Clark County Parks and Community Services and KUNV 91.5-FM and KNPR 89.5-FM, at 8 p.m. Saturday at County Government Center's Outdoor Amphitheater, 500 S.
