Rampart Commons, a shopping center developed by Peccole Nevada Corp., debuted Tuesday night at Rampart and West Charleston boulevards in Las Vegas. The 80,000-square-foot, $20 million center is Southern Nevada's first "lifestyle center" -- a shopping center that removes more upscale tenants from enclosed mall environments and places them in smaller, open-air centers near affluent areas.
Retailers at Rampart Commons include Ann Taylor, Talbots, Capezio, Chico's, Gap, Banana Republic and Williams-Sonoma. Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids also opened their first Southern Nevada locations at the center.
