County emergency director retires

Bob Andrews, director of Clark County's emergency management office, announced this morning that he is retiring after nine years with the county.
Andrews will continue his role as the president of the International Association of Emergency Managers and do consulting work for Prescott, Ariz. Andrews said he hopes to curtail his workload and leave more time for his golf game.
County commissioners this morning presented a plaque to Andrews, who will leave June 3.
