Betty L. Alexander
Betty L. Alexander, 85, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born May 10, 1917, in Taylorville, Ill. A resident for 25 years, she was a retired office manager for a pharmaceutical company and a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Michael Alexander of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be private.
Gertrude Botwick
Gertrude Botwick, 80, of Henderson died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born July 4, 1921, in New York City. A resident for many years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Ellen Wagner of Henderson.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in New York. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Margaret Olivia D'Angelo
Margaret Olivia D'Angelo, 85, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 16, 1916, in New York. A resident for 20 years, she was an employee of American Can Company for 25 years.
She is survived by one son, Louis D'Angelo of Nevada; four daughters, Louise Manzaro of Elizabeth, N.J., and Joan Lavely, Audrey Martino and Sharon Ducsak, all of Nevada; and three sisters, Gloria Zintack of New York, Doris Sano of New Jersey and Marion Sosnowski of Pennsylvania.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Dolores A. 'Pat' Hohensee
Dolores A. "Pat" Hohensee, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born July 9, 1931, in Wall, Pa. A resident for 16 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Frank J.; and one sister, Ann Wisemann of Medford, Ore.
Services will be private. Nevada Funeral Service, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
Istvan Horvath
Istvan Horvath, 63, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 12, 1939, in Hungary. A resident for many years, he was a mason in the construction industry.
He is survived by his wife, Jolan; and one son, Steve Horvath of Hungary.
Burial will be in Hungary. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Natasha Lee Keeter
Natasha Lee Keeter, 17, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 11, 1984, in Pasadena, Calif. A resident for 12 years, she was a Las Vegas High School student.
She is survived by her mother, Tonia Keeter of Pasadena; and her father, Martin Sanchez of Las Vegas.
A memorial visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Green Valley Christian Church, 711 Valley Verde Court. Burial will be private.
Barbara A. 'Dobie' LeBlanc
Barbara A. "Dobie" LeBlanc, 46, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 5, 1956, in Cheyenne, Wyo. A resident for three years, she owned and operated a cleaning company.
She is survived by her parents, Dora M. and Larry J. LeBlanc of Las Vegas; and one sister, Mary Kate "Katie" Dudley of Honolulu.
Services will be private. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Parkway, Memphis, TN 38105.
M. Edward Mosley
M. Edward Mosley, 67, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born April 6, 1935, in Arkansas. A resident for 22 years, he was a casino maintenance worker.
He is survived by three sons, Danny, Ricky and Donny; three daughters, Teri, Rebecca and Shawn; and eight grandchildren.

Dominic Nastri
Dominic Nastri, 89, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 8, 1912, in Connecticut. A longtime resident, he was a retired presser for a shirt manufacturer.
He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Bobak of Las Vegas and Donna Evans of Denver.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Connecticut. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
David E. Pearce
David E. Pearce, 70, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. He was born Dec. 1, 1931, in Muskogee, Okla. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired police officer.
He is survived by one son, Ronald Pearce, and three daughters, Tammy Record, Amy Cookingham and Tara Emmons, all of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Yun Lian Tan
Yun Lian Tan, 77, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 28, 1925, in China. A resident for nine years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Ling Zhou, and one daughter, Li Ping Zhou-Yu, both of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Bunkers Chapel, followed by burial in Memory Gardens.
Ned H. Tartak
Ned H. Tartak, 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 18, 1917, in Chicago. A resident for eight years, he was a retired painter, a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Moose in Lockport, Ill.
He is survived by his companion, Elaine Beranek of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Friday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Nick Tomashowski
Nick Tomashowski, 70, of Vardaman, Miss., died Tuesday in Vardaman. A former Las Vegas resident, he was born March 5, 1932, and was a retired construction supervisor.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Tomashowski.
He is survived by his wife, Jody; one daughter, Terry Gleason of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter, Pam DeVeau of Memphis, Tenn.; two sons, Gary Tomashowski and Richard Tomashowski, both of Las Vegas; one stepson, Tracy Parks of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sisters, Helen Tomashowski of Las Vegas and Julia Jacobson of Winnipeg, Manitoba; five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
No local services are scheduled. Services and burial will be in Vardaman. Parker Memorial Funeral Home, Vardaman, is handling arrangements.
Henry Wallace Vachon
Henry Wallace Vachon, 63, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 25, 1938, in Massachusetts. A resident for six years, he was a dealer.
He is survived by two sons, Louis Alexander Vachon and Henry Wallace Vachon Jr.; and one daughter, Jeanne Elizabeth Vachon.

Arvilla West
Arvilla West, 87, of Las Vegas died April 30 in a local hospice. She was born Dec. 7, 1914, in Redwood, Calif. A resident for 32 years, she was a traffic manager and a veteran of the Women's Army Air Corps during World War II.
