Two Las Vegas executives at Pulte Home Corp. are taking new positions with the company, which is in the process of restructuring following last year's acquisition of Del Webb Corp.

He will transfer to Phoenix within a couple of months. Pankratz has headed Del Webb's Nevada group since 1996.
Steve Petruska, Southwest Region president for Pulte and the head of the company's Las Vegas, Phoenix and Tucson operations, will become the company's new area president for Nevada. He held his current position since October 2000.
Pulte Home Corp., the nation's largest home-building company, is the No. 2 home builder in the Las Vegas area.
