The U.S. Census Bureau reports that the average commute time for Nevadans in 2000 was 23.3 minutes.
Following is the average commute times by individual county:
Carson City: 17.7
Churchill: 20.7
Clark: 24.3
Douglas: 23.5
Elko: 25.2
Esmeralda: 21.9
Eureka: 18.2
Humboldt: 26.2
Lander: 23.6
Lincoln: 20.2
Lyon: 28.0
Mineral: 16.9
Nye: 28.6
Pershing: 22.8
Storey: 29.4
Washoe: 19.2
White Pine: 18.3
