"He was in the car with Minnesota plates," said Jacobs. "There was no resistance when he was taken into custody."
She said the FBI, Nevada Highway Patrol and Pershing County Sheriff's deputies were involved in the arrest.
Davidson said the car was stopped on westbound Interstate 80 about 40 miles east of Reno.
He said there were no injuries during the arrest and the suspect was being taken to Washoe County Jail in Reno.
