Casino resort developer Steve Wynn of Las Vegas and his company Wynn Resorts LLC, who said they own the Wynn and Wynn Resorts trademarks, sued to recover six domain names that allegedly infringe the Wynn trademark.
Wynn sued four Californian registrants of the Internet domain names "wynnresorts.com," "stevewynnresorts.com," "wynngaming.com," and "wynncasino.com" in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas.
The defendants also include a Carnegie, Pa.-based registrant of "stevenwynn.net" and a Canadian registrant of "wynnproperties.com."
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
