Patsy Ann Barrett
Patsy Ann Barrett, 67, died Feb. 27 in a local care center. She was born July 18, 1934, in Shreveport, La. A resident of 38 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Barrett of Indian Springs and Shawn Barrett of Las Vegas; two daughters, Duryce Barrett of Glendale, Calif., and Chandra Prado of Las Vegas; her mother, Annie Gonzales of Las Vegas; one sister sister, Nancy Gonzales of Los Angeles; and four grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2456 N. Decatur Blvd., handled arrangements.
Prakong Brawner
Prakong Brawner, 102, of Las Vegas died Feb. 21 in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 1, 1900, in Asia. A longtime resident, she was a homemaker.
Graveside services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Adam H. Briltz
Adam H. Briltz, 80, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 21, 1921, in Belfield, N.D. A resident for 23 years, he was a heavy equipment operator and World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, A. Mary; one son, Edward Metka of Windber, Pa.; one sister, Kay North of Petaluma, Calif.; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., handled private arrangements.
Henry Cartwright
Henry Cartwright, 60, died March 14 in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 25, 1941, in Tallulah, La. A resident for 39 years, he was a hotel receiving clerk.
He is survived by four daughters, Betty Jane Lewis and Sylvia Brown, both of Rayville, La., Brenda Anderson of Dallas and Pamela Greene of Las Vegas; three sons, Henry Cartwright Jr. of Rayville and Donald Campbell and Lonnie Campbell, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Mary Jackson of Las Vegas and Willie Burks of North Las Vegas; two brothers, Frank Cartwright of Tullulah and Clarence Cartwright of North Las Vegas; his companion, Martha Branch; 21 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Greater New Jerusalem, 1100 North D. St., followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.
Natalie Chavez
Natalie Chavez, 72, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 29, 1929, in Los Angeles. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired aircraft inspector.
She is survived by her husband, Manuel; two sons, Charles Lopez of Corona, Calif., and Michael Lopez of Lawndale, Calif.; four sisters, Andrea Perez of Lawndale, Margarita Engstrand of Folsom, Calif., Frances Kautzman of Carson City and Pauline Nagle of Kanechi, Hawaii; three brothers, Margarito Hernandez of Hawthorne, Calif., Manuel Hernandez of San Jose, Calif., and Joe Hernandez of El Segundo, Calif.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Roy Farris Crawford
Roy Farris Crawford, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born March 26, 1918, in Arkansas. A longtime resident, he was a security guard.
He is survived by one daughter, Pam Crawford of Las Vegas.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Amarillo, Texas. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Earl J. Davis Sr.
Earl J. Davis Sr., 68, died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 7, 1933, in Los Angeles. He was a retired sales representative for Core-Mark and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Lavonne Davis; two daughters, Tina Levell and Lisa Davis; three sons, Earl Davis Jr., Robert Davis and Billy Ernest, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Barbara Nix of Mobile, Ala.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon until 1 p.m. services Sunday in Bunker Mortuary Chapel, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, followed by private burial.
Lisa M. DeCarlo
Lisa M. DeCarlo, 45, died Monday in a local hospital. She was born March 23, 1956, in Hawthorne, Calif. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her father, Caesar DeCarlo of Wolfe City, Texas; four sisters, Lita Pearson and Renee DeCarlo, both of Idaho, and Yvonne DeCarlo and Olga Pruitt, both of Texas; one brother, Michael DeCarlo of Oregon; and her companion, Tim Boal of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Thelma Jean Ehrlich
Thelma Jean Ehrlich, 75, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. She was born Sept. 24, 1926, in Chicago. A resident for 17 years, she was a domestic engineer.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan Helene Lazar of North Brook, Ill., and Lorel Jane Ehrlich of Las Vegas; one son, Richard William Ehrlich of Seal Beach, Calif.; one brother, Robert Medow of Clearwater, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, followed by burial in Memory Gardens.
John 'Roger' Farnsworth
John "Roger" Farnsworth, 59, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. He was born July 31, 1942, in Bisbee, Ariz. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired travel clerk for the Veterans Administration and a member of the National Order of Trench Rats, Dugout 421.
He is survived by four daughters, Susan Farnsworth of Springfield, Va., Katherine Robinson of Las Vegas, Terresa Linden of Vasa, Finland, and Annette Berry of St. Louis; his mother, Marie Marriott of Henderson; and 10 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Saturday in the LDS Ocean Street chapel, Henderson, followed by burial in Alamo. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, handled arrangements.

Lester F. Fleming
Lester F. Fleming, 84, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. He was born June 3, 1917, in Pinon, N.M. A resident for 48 years, he was a retired cement mason and World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marguerite; one brother, Ervin Fleming of Las Vegas; and one sister, Ulla Wheeler of North Carolina.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., and one hour prior to 10:30 a.m. services Saturday in the LDS Christy and Kell chapel, followed by burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Helen Hainesworth Frye
Helen Hainesworth Frye, 74, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born Oct. 3, 1927, in Raeford, N.C. A resident for one year, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Walter O. Frye Jr., of Atlanta; two daughters, Norma H. Hagan of Las Vegas and Helena Umstead of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two sisters, Julene Allen of Southern Pines, N.C., and Dorothy Highland of Baltimore; two brothers, Eldridge Hainesworth of Southern Pines and Ernest Hainesworth of Washington, D.C.; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be held in Sanford, N.C. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Irving J. Levine
Irving J. Levine, 88, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 1, 1913, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for eight years, he was a retired cartoon director and producer.
He is survived by one son, Larry Levine of North Las Vegas; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Private services were handled by Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Ysidro Mancha
Ysidro Mancha, 82, died Wednesday in a local care center. He was born May 5, 1918, in East Los Angeles, Calif. A resident of three years, he was a retired aluminum worker and World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by two daughters, Linda Amparan and Ramona Ornellis, both of Diamond Bar, Calif; three sons, Charles Mancha of Ontario, Calif., and Gilbert Mancha and Steve Mancha, both of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Arial T. Matthews
Arial T. Matthews, 7 months, died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born July 30, 2001, in Las Vegas.
She is survived by her father, Antonio Matthews; mother, Tiffany Clay; brother, Tre'shawn Taylor; and grandmother, Hattie Matthews, all of Las Vegas; and grandparents Charlotte and Kenneth Clay of Florida.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
Norma G. McKay
Norma G. McKay, 79, died Tuesday in North Las Vegas. She was born June 26, 1922, in London, Ontario. A resident of 41 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Lorne McKay, of Las Vegas.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1881 N. Walnut St. Nevada Funeral Service, 2983 Fremont St., handled arrangements.
Doris J. Nagy
Doris J. Nagy, 75, of Boulder City died Monday in a local hospice. She was born Aug. 29, 1926, in Baltimore. A resident for 23 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James; three sons, Brian Nagy of Henderson, Mark Nagy of Southbury, Conn., and Kevin Nagy of Dolan Springs, Ariz.; one sister, Mary Lou Morris of Crown Point, Ind.; one brother, Joseph Atkinson of Tacoma, Wash; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1399 San Felipe Drive, Boulder City.

William Neal Ruffer
William Neal Ruffer, 68, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 10, 1933, in Houston. A resident for 10 years, he was a construction worker and a Korean War veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Ruffer of Phoenix and Russell Ruffer of Las Vegas; and six grandchildren.

Alena Ruiz-Sedillo, 29, of Henderson died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 18, 1972, in Orange, Calif. A resident for 21 years, she was a office manager.
She is survived by her husband, Brian; her parents, Patrick and Rosie Sedillo of Las Vegas; and three sisters, Melissa Gandy of Henderson and Sonya Rose and Tammy Sedillo, both of Las Vegas.

Edward William Smith
Edward William Smith, 51, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 29, 1950, in Pittsburgh. A resident for four years, he was a bartender and a Vietnam War veteran.
He is survived by his mother, Marjorie, and his stepmother, Sylvia, both of Las Vegas; and one sister, Marjorie Huntsman of Anchorage, Alaska.
Services are private. Nevada Funeral Service, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
William D. Swift
William D. Swift, 69, died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 17, 1932, in Rosco, Neb. A resident of five years, he was a business owner.
He is survived by two brothers, John Swift of Nevada and Rosco Eugene Swift of Nebraska; two sisters, Mildred Jergensen of Nebraska and Margaret Reavis of Nevada.

Gerald B. Villadiego
Gerald B. Villadiego, 41, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born May 27, 1960, in Tayabas, Philippines. A resident for six years, he was a newspaper photographer.
He is survived by one brother, Bernie Villadiego of North Ridge, Calif.; and his parents, Virgilio and Enriqueta of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Thursday and Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive.
Wilda Joan Wilhelm
Wilda Joan Wilhelm, 66, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born May 1, 1935, in Wisconsin. A longtime resident, she was an office manager.
She is survived by her husband, Richard.

Helen Williams, 76, of Las Vegas died March 7 in a local care center. She was born Sept. 12, 1925, in Connecticut. A resident for 18 years, she was a retired food server and member of the Eastern Star and and was past matron of the Masons.
She is survived by one son, Thomas Williams; and one grandchild.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church, 4400 W. Oakey Blvd. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road No. 16, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Suzanne N. Willingham
Suzanne N. Willingham, 77, of Boulder City died Wednesday in a local care center. She was born Sept. 19, 1924, in Guthrie, Okla. A resident for 14 years, she was a retired secretary.
She is survived by two sons, Dan Dufek of Boulder City and Bill Dufek of Ukiah, Calif.; one stepson, Charles A. Willingham III of Chapel Hill, N.C.; and one stepdaughter, Vicki Dendy of Prescott, Ariz.; and 11 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday in Homestead of Boulder City, 1401 Medical Park Drive, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
