BASEBALL
Chaparral 6, Sierra Vista 1: Brandon Huff tossed a complete game, striking out five, Matt Backes went 2-for-3 with a home run and a double and Robert Templeton also went 2-for-3 with a home run and a double for the Cowboys' victory.
Durango 8, Valley 0: Casey McDonald was 3-for-4 with two RBIs for the Trailblazers.
Mojave 9, Coronado 2: Billy Hern went 2-for-2 with a double and a triple, Matt Ellis struck out five in five innings, Nathan Granada was 2-for-4 and Clinton Faircloth scored three runs for the Rattlers. Mark Bruzel had a 2-for-4 day for the Cougars.
Green Valley 10, Centennial 0: Ryan Taber struck out five, walked none and yielded only one Centennial hit. Larsen Welsh was 3-for-3 with four RBIs, Brian Sizemore went 2-for-3, Kache Trease had two RBIs and Eric Durante went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a double for the Gators.
Rancho 2, Clark 0: Greg Passalacqua pitched a complete game shutout, limiting the Chargers to three hits, and Brady Thompson had two hits for the Rams.
Foothill 14, Palo Verde 7: James Brady was 5-for-5, scoring three runs with four RBIs, Spud Low went 2-for-5 with three runs and two RBIs for Foothill.
Basic 5, Cimarron 1: Matt Elliott went 2-for-3 with a double, Micah Schnurstein and Leland Montoya each had two hits.
Silverado 4, Cheyenne 0: Tyler Coon pitched a complete game shutout, striking out 15.
Las Vegas 5, Bonanza 1: Danny McKean had a two-run homer and pitcher Trace Grant struck out six for the Wildcats.
SOFTBALL
Palo Verde 4, Foothill 1: Savannah Miele hit a home run and Renee Dipuccio limited the Falcons to a run on three hits, striking out five for the Panthers.
Centennial 8, Green Valley 1: Ashley Dean went 3-for-4 and Maggie Livreri was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for the Bulldogs.
Silverado 14, Cheyenne 0: Lindsey Pridgen went 3-for-3 with three RBIs, and pitcher Morgan Miller struck out eight for Silverado.
Durango 6, Valley 0: Nikki Ortiz had a double and Stefanie Fisco had two doubles for the Trailblazers.
Las Vegas 7, Bonanza 6, (9): Tied 5-5 in the top of the ninth inning, the Bengals scored a run on two errors. In the bottom of the ninth, the Wildcats won it by scoring two runs on a hit and two errors.
Desert Pines 17, Western 6: Serenity Luna struck out 11, Melissa Piccoli smacked a three-run homer and went 4-for-5, Ruby Walsh was 3-for-4 and Andrea Shepard went 4-for-5 to seal the Jaguars' first victory in two years. Margaret Gallia went 3-for-4 and hit a home run for the Warriors.
Eldorado 5, Bishop Gorman 3: Brently Bridgeforth struck out 12, walked three and gave up only one hit, Stephanie Reschke went 2-for-3 with a double and Lailani Alvarado was 2-for-3 for Eldorado.
Chaparral 6, Sierra Vista 5: Chelsea Rickling went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored and Ashley Nichols was 2-for-4 for the Cowboys. Karlie O' Toole went 2-for-2 with a triple and arun for the Mountain Lions.

Palo Verde 188, Clark 232. Medalist: Steve Crossley (PV) -- 36

Bonanza 212, Mojave 239. Medalists: Brian Newman (Moj), Casey Nielsen (Bon) -- 39
BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Chaparral def. Foothill, 15-4, 15-4, 10-15, 15-7: Chris Golightly collected 30 assists, David Garrard had 20 kills and Russ Ellsworth posted 11 kills and four blocks for Chaparral. Alex Funtila had 26 assists and Chris Moore got 12 kills for the Cowboys.
Cimarron def. Durango, 15-12, 15-3, 15-11: Scott Oswald had 36 assists, Derek Jolley collected 10 kills and Robert Bautista added six kills with 11 blocks for the Spartans.
