Rebels tickets to go on sale Monday

Season tickets for the 2002 UNLV football season will go on sale on Monday at 10 a.m.

Sideline tickets will be $125 for the six-game package while end zone seats are priced at $65. Tickets can only be obtained by calling 895-UNLV.

UNLV opens its season with an Aug. 31 home game against perennial Big Ten power Wisconsin. The Rebels host Kansas from the Big 12 Conference the following Saturday. The other four home games are against Nevada-Reno (Oct.5), New Mexico (Oct. 12), Wyoming (Nov. 2) and Air Force (Nov. 16).

Kickoff times for all games are still to be determined and will be dictated by television. Individual game tickets will go on sale on July 29 with prices still to be determined. The school also announced that 2001 season ticket holders will be receiving their renewal notices by mail within the next two weeks.
