The task force, founded more than a year ago, includes officials from the cities of Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas and Clark County, as well as the chairman of the Southern Nevada Homeless Coalition and representatives from the community and business.
The group's plan will be presented Thursday to the Regional Planning Coalition, which will decide on further action. No timeline for its implementation has been set.
