Ward Thomas Allaart
Ward Thomas Allaart, 50, of North Las Vegas died March 11 in North Las Vegas. He was born March 23, 1951, in Attica, N.Y. A resident for two years, he was a food handler and a National Guard.
He is survived by one son, Gary Gregg of Orland, Calif.; one daughter, Amanda Gregg of Manteca, Calif.; three brothers, Stanley Allaart of Phoenix, Patrick Allaart of Fort Garland, Colo., and Robert Allaart of Alamosa, Colo.; one sister, Edna Nichols of Madison, Ind.; and three grandchildren.
Nevada Funeral Service, 2983 Fremont St., handled private arrangements.
Anneliese Errecart
Anneliese Errecart, 67, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born Feb. 5, 1935, in Germany. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Martin; five sisters, Therese and Thilde, both of Zurich, and Maria, Aggi and Katrin, all of Germany; and three brothers, Adolph, Herman and George, all of Germany.
Services will be held in Germany. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., handled arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Averalia 'Billie' Foreman
Averalia "Billie" Foreman, 93, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 1, 1909, in Beaver, Utah. A resident for 60 years, she was a dice maker.
She is survived by one son, Irving J. Foreman of Las Vegas; one sister, Elma Affleck of Salt Lake City; one brother, Andrew Cartwright of Grassy Plains, British Columbia; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-4 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Bunker Chapel, followed by burial in Memory Gardens.
Donald Gale Hodges
Donald Gale Hodges, 57, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 31, 1944, in Monterey Park, Calif. A resident for eight years, he was the owner of Nu Floor Systems Inc., and was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 12.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila; three sons, Donald A. Hodges, Garvis W. Yearack and Geoffrey W. Yearack, all of Las Vegas; two daughters, Sandra A. Fairbrother of Las Vegas and Melissia Hodges; six brothers, Delbert Hodges of Las Vegas, Ted Hodges of Texas, Lloyd Hodges of Ohio and Roland Hodges, Darrell Hodges and Jesse Hodges, all of California; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service was scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Carol E. Hottran
Carol E. Hottran, 93, of Henderson died March 11 in a local hospital. She was born July 16, 1908, in Minneapolis. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Bill Hottran of Glendora, Calif.; one daughter, Arlene Jones of Henderson; one sister, Loraine Anderson of Minneapolis; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., handled arrangements.
Robert Henry Kirby Sr.
Robert Henry Kirby Sr., 65, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born June 14, 1936, in Providence, R.I. A resident for 31 years, he was a porter.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Kirby Jr., and Joseph Kirby, both of Las Vegas.
Visitation was scheduled 1-5 p.m. today in Garden Memorial Funeral Home, 3600 W. Vegas Drive. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Garden Memorial Funeral Home, followed by burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Sandra R. Linsk
Sandra R. Linsk, 65, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 14, 1936, in Philadelphia. A resident for five years, she was a receptionist.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin; two sons, Wayne Linsk of Philadelphia and Howard Linsk of Las Vegas; and nine grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled at 3:30 p.m. today in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.

Jacob A. Lockwood Jr.
Jacob A. Lockwood Jr., 42, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. He was born Feb. 10, 1960, in Bellefontaine, Ohio. A resident for 14 years, he was a clerk.
He is survived by his father, Jacob A. Lockwood Sr., of Peoria, Ohio; his mother and stepfather, Loretta and John Anstine of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Mary Ramirez of Pahrump and Toni Bradford of Henderson.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to noon graveside services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Elmer Newsom
Elmer Newsom, 73, of Las Vegas died Feb. 18 in Las Vegas. Born May 28, 1928, in California, he was a mechanical design engineer and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by one niece, Susan Terry of Idaho.
Burial is private. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Barbara Pearce
Barbara Pearce, 65, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born March 27, 1936, in Tulsa, Okla. A resident for 41 years, she was a retired payroll manager.
She is survived by her husband, David; one son, Ronald Pearce, and three daughters, Tammy Record, Amy Cookingham and Tara Emmons, all of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 1 p.m. services in the LDS Meadows Stake Center, 5800 Carl Ave. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
George H. Petersen
George H. Petersen, 71, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 29, 1931, in Chicago. A resident for 36 years, he was a retired mechanic and Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife; Mary; 10 children; one brother; six sisters; 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be noon Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Hazel Tumbleson
Hazel Tumbleson, 92, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. She was born Aug. 21, 1909, in Bonham, Texas. A resident for 49 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Pat Tumbleson of Las Vegas and Morris Lee Brooks of Oklahoma; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Memorial Park.
Lawrence Unruh
Lawrence Unruh, 50, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. He was born Sept. 23, 1951, in Ohio. A resident for 12 years, he was a security officer.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Jean Unruh; one brother, Michael; one half brother; and one half sister.
Services will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Ben E. Vanhook
Ben E. Vanhook, 51, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born June 29, 1950, in Oak Creek, Colo. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired salesman.
He is survived by his wife, Dawn; one son, Dereck Vanhook, and one sister, Georgia Vanhook, both of Las Vegas; and one brother, Ray Vanhook of Fort Collins, Colo.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

Charlie Wilcoxen
Charlie Wilcoxen, 71, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 23, 1931, in Manhattan, Kan. A resident for 29 years, he was a retired senior accountant, Korean War Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Nevada State Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs and Southern Nevada Chapter of National Accountants Association.
He is survived by two daughters, Debra Maher and Terry Schad, and two sons, Ronald Wilcoxen and David Wilcoxen, all of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in First Church of the Nazarene, 3825 Pecos Road.

Ryan Wirth
Ryan Wirth, 24, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 26, 1977, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a courier.
He is survived by his parents, Lynn and Roger Wirth of Las Vegas; three sisters, Kelly Wirth of Madison, Wis., Jessica Wirth of Boston, Mass., and Allison Wirth of Las Vegas; and two brothers, David Wirth of Madison and Travis Wirth of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
