StumbleLV plant part of deal

The U.S. wallboard business of James Hardie Industries Ltd., an Australian company with a gypsum plant in the Las Vegas area, has been sold to Britain's BPB Plc in a deal worth $345 million.
Hardie officials in Las Vegas would not comment on the sale, but the Blue Diamond Road plant here is one of four the company owns in the United States. The local plant employs 127 people.
