Chasity D. Banks
Chasity D. Banks, 18, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born March 15, 1984, in Las Vegas. She was a 2002 graduate of Cimarron High School.
She is survived by her mother, Sylvia A. Banks, and two sisters, Yarbra Taylor and Monica Taylor, all of Las Vegas; and her grandparents, Martha and Tilmon Banks of North Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 3-8 p.m. Thursday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1165 Lawry Ave. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Bridgett Ann Bolden
Bridgett Ann Bolden, 44, of Laughlin died June 17 in Laughlin. She was born May 4, 1958, in Chicago. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence; two daughters, Jalisa Hillson of Chicago and Malinda Crumbly of Blue Island, Ill.; one son, Joseph Crumbly Jr. of Sacramento; her mother, Mary Jones of Las Vegas; her father, Luther Jones Jr. of Chicago; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service was scheduled at 1 p.m. today in Desert Harvest Mission Church, 3210 N. Rancho Drive. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Russell F. Boren
Russell F. Boren, 78, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 5, 1923, in Topeka, Kan. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired delivery driver for a trucking company, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Teamsters 631.
He is survived by one daughter, JoAnna Weber, and one sister, Marjorie Trousdale, both of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 8-10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Dolores 'Dee Dee' Bradshaw
Dolores "Dee Dee" Bradshaw, 72, of Henderson died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 23, 1929, in Salt Lake City. A resident for 48 years, she was a retired city government payroll clerk and a member of American Business Women's Association.
She is survived by two sons, Mark Bradshaw and Craig Bradshaw, both of Henderson; two brothers, George Werber of Henderson and Robert Werber of Cedar City, Utah; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 10 a.m. service Saturday in the Ocean Street LDS chapel, Henderson. Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Panaca Cemetery. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Melva M. Carson
Melva M. Carson, 78, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 3, 1923, in La Mesa, Texas. A resident for many years, she was a retired dealer.
She is survived by one son, Monte Carson of Las Vegas; two sisters, Lila Kahler of Reno and Leona Martin of Livermore, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Jeffrey R. Cohn
Jeffrey R. Cohn, 53, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 20, 1948, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 14 years, he was a self-employed tailor and a Vietnam War Navy veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Tracy Laney of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.

Richard C. Fisher and Eleanora L. Fisher
Richard C. Fisher, 57 and his wife, Eleanora L. Fisher, 54, both of Las Vegas died Saturday.
He was born Nov. 13, 1944, in St. Louis. She was born July 23, 1947, in Paola, Kan. A resident for three years, he was an owner-operator of a financial services company, a member of Honda Riders Club and Electronic Transactions Association. She was a homemaker and they were both members of Cat Fancy Almanac.
They are survived by four daughters, Danise M. Mohney of Seneca, Kan., Daniell R. Gile of Kansas City, Mo., Shannon S. Fisher of Las Vegas and Kelly L. Brooks of Atlanta; one son, Richard J. Fisher of Las Vegas; and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 6:28 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Kurt N Frischknecht
Kurt N Frischknecht, 43, of Las Vegas died Saturday. He was born July 28, 1958, in Mount Pleasant, Utah. A resident for five years, he was a optometrist with three Las Vegas offices, a Boy Scout leader, active in the Eagle Scouts and was an LDS missionary in Switzerland.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl L.; two daughters, Haley A. Frischknecht and Daryn K. Frischknecht, and two sons, Blake J. Frischknecht, all of Las Vegas; his mother, Barbara Frischknecht of Salt Lake City; two brothers, Neil J. Frischknecht and Mark F. Frischknecht, both of Provo, Utah; and four sisters, Joan Sayer and Jennifer Frischknecht, both of Salt Lake City, Jill Andrews of Spanish Fork, Utah, and Bobby Jo Jackson of Orem, Utah.
Visitation is scheduled 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Friday in the LDS chapel at 10070 Azure Drive. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 5701 N. Jones Blvd.

Helen Ann Gabby
Helen Ann Gabby, 92, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born March 10, 1910, in Nebraska. A resident for six years, she was a retired waitress.
She is survived by one stepdaughter, Marceda Gabby of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Daniel Keiserman
Daniel Keiserman, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 10, 1936, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired builder and developer, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Opal; one daughter, Michelle Keiserman of San Jose, Calif.; one son, Mark Keiserman, one sister, Barbara Carruthers; and one brother, Fred Keiserman, all of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.

Alberta 'Susie' Kelleher
Alberta "Susie" Kelleher, 81, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 22, 1920, in Taft, Calif. A resident for 44 years, she was a retired city government administrative assistant.
She is survived by her companion, William Melton of Las Vegas.

Gladys H. Keraly
Gladys H. Keraly, 74, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. She was born Dec. 4, 1927, in Trenton, N.J. A resident for 12 years, she was a retired senior secretary of a food chain.
She is survived by two brothers, Charles Keraly and William Keraly, both of Henderson; and one sister, Dorothy Wolaver of Escalon, Calif.

Leif T. Larsen
Leif T. Larsen, 80, of Henderson died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 16, 1922, in Shabbona, Ill. A resident for nine years, he was a retired law enforcement officer in Aurora, Ill., and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; two daughters, Cheryl Larsen of Illinois and Angela Larsen of Eugene, Ore.; one son, Robert Larsen, and one sister, Ester Oros, both of Illinois; and one grandchild.
Private services will be in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
David Mereaux
David Mereaux, 55, of Boulder City died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 29, 1946, in Quantico, Va. A resident for three years, he was a retired vice president of a uniform rental service, founder and president of Street Teens in Las Vegas, member of the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth and Nevada Youth Care Providers.
He is survived by his wife, Rosario; three daughters, Ashley of Torrance, Calif., Erika of San Diego and Mariela of Boulder City; four sons, Kevin and Ryan, both of San Fernando Valley, Calif., Beto of San Diego and Fabian of Boulder City; his mother, Myrtle Mero of Alexandria, Va.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be 6 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Angela Kathaleen Morris, 42, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 16, 1960, in Wichita, Kan. A resident for 14 years, she was a writer and artist.
She is survived by two sons, Joshua Martin Morris and Jason Don Morris, and her companion, John Pasqualone, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Rhonda Yvonne Attaway and Janis Ruth Shelton; and one brother, Kevin Richard Porter, all of Longview, Texas.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Melvin Pfeferstein
Melvin Pfeferstein, 62, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 22, 1940, in the Bronx, N.Y. A resident for three years, he was an accountant and a Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Jo-Ann; and one sister, Roda Piciullo of Davie, Fla.
Services will be noon Thursday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Burial will follow in King David Cemetery.
Sanford Vestal Puryear
Sanford Vestal Puryear, 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 18, 1926, in Oklahoma. A resident for 17 years, he was a security officer and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Juanita; and one daughter, Kandee Ooley of Borger, Texas.

Martina Gisela Rippy
Martina Gisela Rippy, 63, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 8, 1939. A resident for 18 years, she was a hotel executive and a member of International Housekeepers.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; two brothers, Karl Heinz Pfingsten and Gunter Pfingsten; and sisters, Brigette Green, Irmgard Stube and Erika Pfingsten, all of Germany.

Granger Smith
Granger Smith, 68, of Las Vegas died May 26 in Las Vegas. He was born March 12, 1934, in McMinnville, Tenn. A resident for many years, he was retired.
Services will be 1:20 p.m. Thursday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Graveside services will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
William E. Swinney
William E. Swinney, 74, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 5, 1927, in Los Angeles. A resident for 13 1/2 years, he was a truck driver, a Navy veteran and a member of the Elks.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; two sons, Craig Swinney and William Swinney; two daughters, June Swinney and Deborah Dunchock; and one brother, Roberto Sams; and seven grandchildren.

Vivian M. Valvo
Vivian M. Valvo, 62, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born Sept. 10, 1939, in Sparta Monroe, Wis. A resident for 29 years, she was a retired payroll clerk and a Navy veteran.
She is survived by four sons, Calvin and Chris, both of Las Vegas, Russell of Memphis, Tenn., and Tracy of St. Louis; three brothers; three sisters; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 5485 E. Charleston Blvd. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
