Letter: Stop growth in Henderson

I am simply amazed at the growth in Henderson. Why don't we sit back, kick up our feet and relax a little bit. Everywhere you look, they are building strip malls, condos or houses with no room to breathe.

Homeowners attend meetings, but to no avail. In a short time we are going to be congested like Los Angeles. We already have the smog. A brown haze settles over the valley. I wonder what the people in the airplanes coming here for a vacation think about it.

Let's do something before it's too late.
