Dean Juipe's Monday column on Tiger Woods ("Tiger panned when only plaudits due, June 17) was farsighted and visionary.
At one point, Johnny Miller went off on an anti-Tiger tirade, attempting to make the viewership think he might blow his lead and the tournament. Boy, that's objective, unbiased reporting.
Too often, we the masses cling to every word spewed out by commentators as though their words were Bible. Your piece exposed their ignorance.
