To clarify a story in Thursday's editions of the Sun, Gov. Kenny Guinn's general counsel, Keith Munro, said Thursday's decision by the U.S. Supreme Court will have a huge impact in Thomas Nevius' death penalty case, but he did not want to speak for the nine members of the state Pardons Board, who will ultimately decide whether to commute Nevius' sentence.
