StumbleThree North Las Vegas officers are promoted

Three North Las Vegas Police officers were promoted Thursday in a ceremony at City Hall.
Sgt. Jim Neal was promoted to lieutenant. Officer Randy Carter and Officer Randy Salyer were promoted to sergeant.
Police Chief Mark Paresi also recognized Lt. Gary Rainey, who is retiring Saturday after 30 years with the department.
