Kenneth Ray Campbell

Kenneth Ray Campbell, 51, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 6, 1950, in Boise, Idaho. A resident for 12 years, he was a locksmith, an Army veteran and a member of Alcoholics Anonymous.

He is survived by one son, Tony Ray Campbell of Anchorage, Alaska; his mother, Ruth Campbell of Boise, Idaho; and one sister, Darlene Johnson of Las Vegas.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Rainbow Crest Ward, 4525 N. Rainbow Blvd., Red Coach Building. Burial will be private. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Carolyn Carthon

Carolyn Carthon, 62, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in North Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 7, 1940, in Cleveland. A resident for seven years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four daughters, Kimberly Kemper of Las Vegas and Patricia Ramsey, Cheryl Jones and Joann Allen, all of Cleveland; two sons, Keith McCord and Kevin Carthon, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Michael Hall and Merrill Hall, both of Cleveland; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will follow at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Marcus Everett

Marcus Everett, 38, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 1, 1963, in Chicago. A resident for two years, he was a chef in the research industry and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; one son, Zachery Everett, and one daughter, Olivia Everett, both of Fort Wayne, Ind.; his mother, Mary Everett of Chicago; and two sisters, Beverly Castro Everett of Detroit and Anna Everett of Los Angeles.

Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Robert Francis Flammang

Robert Francis Flammang, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. He was born Oct. 29, 1927, in Chicago. A resident for four years, he was a retired oil chemist, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Carson City Elks, Railroaders, founding member of the Mercedes Benz Club in Houston and a representative for the state of Nevada's 55 Alive organization.

He is survived by his wife, Camille Faith; three daughters, JoAnne Rudish of Ashland, Ohio, and Susan Soriano and Leslie Petersen, both of Austin, Texas; one son, William Flammang of Round Rock, Texas; two sisters, Carol Bucaro of Roselle, Ill., and Jean Schulz of Chicago; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Julius Ceasar Garcia Jr.

Julius Ceasar Garcia Jr., 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 18, 1922, in New Orleans. A resident for 11 years, he was a factory machinist and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Anita; four daughters, Miriam Garcia, Linda Lutz-Rolow, Annette Garcia and Penny McKnight, all of California; two sisters, Elvia Kirmani of Florida and Lydilia Henderson of New York; two brothers, Oscar Garcia of New York and Caesar Garcia of New Jersey; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Helen Mae Goldstein

Helen Mae Goldstein, 89, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 8, 1912, in Woodstock, Ill. A resident for six years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Steve Goldstein of Las Vegas; two daughters, Sandra Rusk of Rockville, Md., and Roberta Alter of Bettendorf, Iowa; and seven grandchildren.

Leslie C. Holden

Leslie C. Holden, 88, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 17, 1913, in Texas. A resident for 22 years, he was a retired Navy electronics engineer, a member of the Masons and the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha; and one son, Rex Leroy Holden.

Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling private services.

Elmer O. Howard

Elmer O. Howard, 67, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 28, 1935, in Solgohachia, Ark. A resident for eight years, he was a retired postal clerk and a Korean War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Diane T.; two daughters, Naomi L. Howard of Corona, Calif., and Traci M. Howard of Las Vegas; one son, Anthony T. Howard of Las Vegas; one sister, Marie Thompson, and one brother, Ed Howard, both of Little Rock; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Frank J. LoCascio

Frank J. LoCascio, 65, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 31, 1936, in Joliet, Ill. A resident for 16 years, he was in the automobile industry for 50 years, a Marine Corps sergeant, a member of Knights of Columbus, Cypress Gardens Council 7091, and Frank Durbin Assemble 4th Degree 2608.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia; three sons, Andrew of Tennessee and Michael and Tony, both of Winter Haven, Fla.; three daughters, Gina Weeks of Lakeland, Fla., and Linda Morris and Teresa Nichols, both of Winter Haven; one sister, Fran Gassensmith, and one brother, George, both of Joliet; and nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in Winter Haven. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Thomas A. Racich

Thomas A. Racich, 72, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 10, 1929, in Casper, Wyo. A resident for 42 years, he was a retired 21 dealer from the gaming industry and a Korean War Army veteran.

He is survived by one daughter, Lisa Alhades of Austin, Texas; one brother, Frank Racich, and two sisters, Helen Dolenc and Ruby Evers, all of Casper; and one grandchild.
