Letter: ‘Outcall’ boxes are offensive

My brother-in-law bought a townhome in Las Vegas by UNLV, and we came out on vacation to help him clean and paint, and also to see the sights. We loved the weather, the Strip, the burlesque show at the San Remo, Fremont Street, etc.

We liked the neighborhood where the townhome was located, a few blocks from Terrible's casino, and almost everything else. However, I think the "outcall" boxes along the street are a disgrace to your city.

The boxes of semi-porn pictures and literature are exactly at the eye-level of small children. They should be taken down, or at least raised up and their windows covered.

We're not prudes, just ordinary family people. We like Vegas!
