StumbleScouts cite work of hospital CEO

The Boy Scouts recently awarded MountainView Hospital CEO Mark Howard its Silver Beaver Award, a national Scouting award recognizing noteworthy service to youth.
The award was presented by the Boulder Dam Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Howard, who has served as district chairman for the Scouts for three years, is an Eagle Scout and retired Air Force officer. He has long been involved in Scouting, having served as assistant Scoutmaster, Cubmaster and troop committee member. He is also the recipient of the District Award of Merit.
