A California company that operates telemarketing operations in Las Vegas and owns Las Vegas Mortgage plans to double the number of mortgage branch offices it has in Southern Nevada.
Consumer Direct of America Inc., Santa Ana, signed an agreement with Sandhill Partners, Las Vegas, to add five mortgage branch office locations. Currently, the company has a 13,000-square-foot sales call center and a 7,000-square-foot mortgage processing center in Las Vegas and five branch locations with the Las Vegas Mortgage brand.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. A spokesman said the company plans to have a total of 10 branch offices plus the two call centers.
Consumer Direct employs more than 350 people in three cities. With about 300 employees, Las Vegas has the largest concentration of the company's workers.
CDA has three business units, including its Membership Services Group, its Telco Marketing Group and its Financial Services Marketing Group, under which Las Vegas Mortgage and Las Vegas Real Estate are operated.
