Charles N. Aldridge
Charles N. Aldridge, 82, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 10, 1919, in Baltimore. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired U.S. Postal Service dock foreman, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, a member of the American Legion for 45 years and the International Order of Foresters.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; four daughters, Charlott Rambeau of Gervais, Ore., Paula Grace of Ventura, Calif., Sue Aldridge of Dallas, Ore., and Tanya Schmitt of Las Vegas; one son, Gene Aldridge of Salem, Ore.; 15 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-4 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Anna Bombara
Anna Bombara, 95, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 11, 1907, in Encino, Calif. A resident for 34 years, she was a retired restaurateur of Bombaras Restaurants-Italino.
She is survived by three sons, Carlo J. Bombara Jr. of Arizona, Guiseppe Bombara of North Las Vegas and Mario Bombara of Las Vegas; one sister, Sadie Margolin of Reseda, Calif.; nine grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m.Tuesday in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Juanita J. Brady
Juanita J. Brady, 72, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 1, 1929, in Chicago. A resident for 44 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Larry Reagan, Michael Reagan and Shawn Brady, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Eileen Handgis of Texas and Bobbie Meeks of Arizona; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Dolores 'Lulu' Bravo-Malina
Dolores "Lulu" Bravo-Malina, 71, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 11, 1930, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Malina, three sons, Theodore Malina, Joseph Malina and Albert Malina, three sisters, Carmen Sanchez, Rose Ramos and Mary Navarro, and one brother, Ben Bravo, all of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 5 p.m. today in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Betty Cordelia Imes
Betty Cordelia Imes, 73, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 20, 1928, in Riverside, Calif. A resident for four years, she was a retired insurance secretary.
She is survived by two sons, James L. Imes and Donald C. Imes, both of Las Vegas; and one sister, Marjorie Trushosky of Bend, Ore.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Patrick J. Kane
Patrick J. Kane, 43, of Henderson died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 18, 1958, in New York. A resident for nine months, he was an insurance broker and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in West Babylon, N.Y. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Starann Petersen
Starann Petersen, an infant, died Tuesday, her date of birth, in a local hospital.
She is survived by her mother, Justina A. Nicholas, her father, Rodney J. Petersen II; and her grandparents, Theresa and Rodney Petersen, all of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary's chapel, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Chapel, Eastern.
Diana Shikhelman
Diana Shikhelman, 16, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Clark County. She was born Oct. 11, 1985, in the Ukraine. A resident for 11 years, she was a student.
She is survived by her parents, Denny and Irine Bower of Las Vegas; and one brother, Gary Shikhelman.
Visitation is scheduled noon-12:30 p.m. Tuesday in Garden Memorial Funeral Home, 3600 W. Vegas Drive. Graveside services will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.
