LAS VEGAS - Most Nevadans support placing caps on jury awards for pain and suffering in medical malpractice cases, according to a recent poll of voters.

Reno public officials slam marijuana ballot measure
RENO, Nev. - A statewide measure headed for the November ballot to legalize possession of up to three ounces of marijuana would be a step for a group that wants to legalize all drugs, according to Washoe County District Attorney Richard Gammick.
