Motorcycle rider dies in collision

A 35-year-old Las Vegas man died this morning when his motorcycle collided with a car that pulled in front of him, Metro Police said.
Ralph Locktish, 64, of Las Vegas pulled out of a parking lot onto Decatur Boulevard near Cheyenne Avenue about 4:15 a.m. The motorcycle hit the rear of the car, police said.
The motorcycle driver, whose name was not released, died at the scene. Locktish and his passenger were not injured, police said.
The accident is under investigation, police said.
