CFO leaves company

Martha Vlcek, chief financial officer of PDS Gaming Corp., has resigned to pursue other interests and spend more time with her family, the company said.
The company's chief operating officer, Peter Cleary, will serve as interim CFO while the company seeks a replacement.
"I believe PDS is a company with a great future and my decision to leave was not an easy one," Vlcek said in a statement.
PDS, a publicly-traded corporation based in Las Vegas, finances, leases and sells gaming equipment to casinos and also runs Rocky's Sports Pub and Grill in Reno.
