Third Race CAME HOME -- First stakes of the day looks like repeat of prep for it, Smith now scales Gonzalez trainee for owners McCaffery & Toffan, only pair of career losses were outside California, but then he Came

Fourth Race BALENOS -- Brazilian-bred set pace and held 3rd over the course in last, Gomez stays on Lobo trainee, versatility is a plus here.
JUMP BAIL -- Close 4th over the course in last, Solis returns on McAnally trainee, could trip out here. Value Play -- SPYCAT
Fifth Race MOMENTUM -- Five-wide trip when close 3rd in this stakes prep in last, returns here with better post draw, Gomez stays on young Dollace trainee, has the Gold Cup Momentum.
