Metro Police are investigating the shooting death of man found slain on a downtown street Tuesday night.
The man, who was not identified this morning, was shot on Ogden Avenue at 18th Street about 10:40 p.m., police said.
The man was apparently in or a near a white older model car when he was shot. Police do not know if he was driving the car or even in the car before the shooting.
Anyone with information in this case is asked to call Metro's homicide unit at 229-3521 or Secret Witness at 385-5555.
